I offer more than just a 30 year fixed mortgage. Today, I find that my customer’s have short and long term financial goals in respect to their mortgage. To meet this need I can tailor a mortgage that is consistent with your financial goals. I will listen, place your financial interests at heart, and meet and/or exceed your mortgage needs and goals. This is the most important aspect when choosing a lender.

I encourage all my customers to have an initial personal mortgage consultation as the first step to obtaining a mortgage even though the internet is a great communication tool. Qualifying for your mortgage is the second step. The key is completing your mortgage application on time with a mortgage that fits your financial budget and goals.

My services do not end after the close of escrow. A few days after closing, I will provide you with a closing package that includes your application, credit report, note and deed of trust, amortization schedule, final closing statement, and a copy of the appraisal. Monthly you will receive my newsletter that gives you up to date information that affects your home and mortgage. On or about the anniversary of your closing I will provide you with an annual mortgage review and with your authorization a current credit report. This will allow my team and I to provide you with service you deserve.
