1st Real Estate Forum of the Pacific Announced

Tijuana- With a turnout of between 200 and 250 large investors and developers the 1st Real Estate Forum of the Pacific will take place on the 18th and 19th of May at Real Del Mar and a record number of 50 real estate projects is expected.

This was learned during the press conference by the president of the organizing committee, Andrés López Salazar, who said that more than one thousand visitors are expected at the real estate expo will host the principal real estate developments that are available on the coasts of Baja California, Sonora, and South Baja California, in addition to projects from Puerto Peñasco, Loreto, San Carlos, and Cabo San Lucas.

This 1st Real Estate Forum of the Pacific is endorsed by the Tourist Developers Association of Baja California (AMDETUR), The Secretary of Economic Development of Tijuana (SEDECO), The Bi-National Business Center Mexico-California in San Diego, and more than 60 international companies.

There will be 16 panels with more than 60 speakers, which will involve related topics like market analysis on US retirees, the resort industry in Mexico on how and where they invest in this sector, and urban planning among others.

Moreover, it is expected that more than 50 new real estate projects will launched and presented like, Villas Julieta, Park at Malibu, Mi Casa Del Mar, El Dorado, Ventana al Mar, just to mention a few.

During this 1st Forum the launch of new financing companies aimed at developers and final buyers, are eMexicoMortgage.com and CredimexUSA will be featured.

The president of the organizing committee, Andrés López Salazar, indicated that the investment in this industry for the next five years will be approximately ten billion dollars which will generate between forty thousand and fifty thousand new jobs for the region, emphasizing that the real estate developments on the Baja California coast are converting into the engine that drives the economy of the state for the coming years.
